Expanding the production from its previous home to the vast and unusual venue of The Truman Brewery, Christianna and I were tasked with creating a humorous, highly colourful dive-bar meets Christmas tinsel-explosion. We created plenty for audience to explore during the immersive production, including games, photo ops, a Mariah Carey shrine and a Home Alone Graffiti wall.

With audience encouraged to free-roam, the visual landscape had to be both impressive and robust but also highly detailed, with hundreds of hand-written envelopes in the post room, a wall of photos of Santa with celebrities, Christmas ephemera, poster prints and plenty of Easter-eggs for people to discover. While also ensuring the stage was the boldest and Christmassiest it could possibly be.
